Are we able to utilize both properties for our wedding events?
Yes! Mission Pacific Beach Resort and The Seabird Ocean Resort and Spa work in tandem with one another. Your Wedding Specialist will guide you through the fluidity of hosting your events at both locations.
What wedding events does your venue service?
We are able to host you for one or all of your wedding festivities. Our team would be able to assist with your ceremony, reception, bridal shower, engagement party, elopement, rehearsal dinner, and your post wedding brunch.
Is there a food and beverage minimum for wedding receptions?
Depending on the size of the wedding, the property hosting the event, and the time of year, the starting minimum can range between $18,000 - $28,000.
Are room blocks available?
Wedding room blocks are available at each property. Both Mission Pacific and The Seabird require a minimum of 10 guestrooms to accommodate a contracted room block.
What is the maximum number of guests?

Catering is to be provided through our Mission Pacific and Seabird culinary team.

Is my dog able to be involved in the wedding festivities?
We are happy to include your WHOLE family in your special day. Both The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa and Mission Pacific Beach Resort is dog friendly. As long as your dog is on a leash, they are able to be a part of the party.
Where are my guests able to park?
Your guests are able to valet park at either Mission Pacific or The Seabird, we would highly recommend this. If your guest prefers, there are a number of street parking and external lots available nearby.
What event items are available?
We are able to provide: Audio equipment, chairs a dance floor, lighting, tables, and bars

Rooming List
Use the rooming list template to provide us with your guests details. If the rooming list does not contain credit card information, you can send it directly to your Event Manager. If you will include individual credit card numbers for each guest, see your Event Manager for next steps.

Collaborative Diagramming
A collaborative program that helps you and your Event Manager design professional, customized room diagrams and seating to create the best room layouts for your event. You can make your own edits to diagrams to ensure that room setups match your vision.
HyRes
Hyatt’s proprietary group reservation process with customized links to allow your guests to book online within the group block. It also gives you the ability to view reports through the Hyatt Planner Portal.
